In case of any change to your personal information, you are asked to inform O'HARA VACANCES in writing at the address indicated above.

Article 3 - Cookies

The photographs, maps, illustrations, descriptions, etc. presented as well as the brochures ordered from our site have no contractual obligations and are only to give an idea of our facilities.  These documents, as well as the vacations offered are subject to certain modifications (technical and commercial) or improvements, without prior warning or public announcement.

5.1 - Copyright

The current site is under the copyright of O'HARA VACANCES under articles L 111.1 and in accordance to the Code of  Intellectual Property.

The conception and realisation of the present site are carried about by the corporations O'Hara Vacances, Ad'Hoc and Softbooking. The texts, photographs, pictures, designs, sounds, and other work is the exclusive property of O'HARA VACANCES. Any reproduction, direct or indirect, temporary or permanent, by whatever means and in any form, in part of in whole, as well as any representation, use, or modification of the website are forbidden.  These acts are considered copyright infringement and are punishable by two years of imprisonment and a fine of 150 000 €  (Code of Intellectual Property, article L 716-9).

5.2 - Branding rights

The name brands and images of O'HARA VACANCES are registered by O'HARA VACANCES and are its exclusive property.

The brands cited byO'HARA VACANCES on the current website is with the permission of their respective owners.

Any reproduction, use, imitation, addition, deletion, or modification of these brands with prior authorisation by  O'HARA VACANCES or their partners constitutes a copyright infringement punishable by two years of imprisonment and a fine of 150 000 €  (Code of Intellectual Property, article L 716-9).
