1- Do I have to book through your website? Are there other ways to make a reservation?
Of course! There are several options other than booking your reservation online.
By telephone: Our number is +33(0)2 51 26 20 84 or 0825 825 425 (0.15 €/min). Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you have on availability, rates, and reservations, as well as give suggestions on which vacation spot to choose.
When you make your reservation, you will be asked to pay a 30% deposit by credit card.
By mail: You can download the reservation form on our brochure online, print it out and mail it to us. Please include your 30% deposit via check, travellers' check, or credit card.
By email: Send your request to resa@ohara-vacances.com and we will contact you. However, remember that if you book online, you have the option of cancellation insurance!

2- When do I have to pay?
A deposit of 30% of your total rental cost plus booking fees (25 €) must be paid when you make your reservation. If you choose to sign up for insurance, you must also pay the insurance fees when you make your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 45 day before your arrival. Payment is accepted by check, credit card, and traveller's check.

3- Will I receive any information about your campground so I can plan my vacation?
Yes you will receive our welcome brochures, "Bon de séjour" about one month before your arrival. These should be returned to the front desk of the campground once you arrive. This document mentions the type of mobile home you have reserved as well as the dates of your stay. It is necessary for the distribution of the keys to the mobile home. You will also receive a sheet of general information that will allow you to better prepare for your stay.

4- We are travelling with friends. Can we park two cars at our campsite?
It may not always be possible. The campsites at all of our campgrounds are designed for a maximum of 6 persons and one vehicle. A second car is sometimes permitted on the campsite for an extra fee to be paid on site. Usually there is no fee if the second vehicle is parked in the campground parking lot.

5 - I want to bring my dog. Am I allowed?
First of all, you must know what category your dog falls under (consult the list by clicking on the following link: http://vosdroits.service-public.fr/particuliers/F1839.xhtml).
Most campgrounds do not allow attack dogs, first or second category dogs. Those types of dogs that are permitted are subject to certain conditions: they must be marked, vaccinated, and kept on a leash. You may be required to present vaccination documents. You must also pay a supplemental fee upon arrival. All pertinent information for each campground can be found in the Rates section of the site's information page.

6 - My sister and I would like to travel together. Our party would consist of 4 adults, 2 children, and an infant. Can we rent a 6-person mobile home?
No, it is not possible, as our 2 or 3 bedroom mobile homes can only accommodate 6 persons maximum. The infant counts as one person. You would have to rent two mobile homes.

9 - Upon my arrival, there covers are missing in my mobile home. What should I do?
Contact the reception desk immediately. Our staff is at your service to immediately provide you with whatever you might need and answer any questions you might have.
